loose threads are normal and they are harmless. do not pull loose threads. use a scissors to snip these threads away cleanly. most of our textiles are coloured with natural plant dyes. we recommend the following instructions to minimise colour transfer and loss : spot clean or cold hand wash with gentle soap ( we prefer to use a natural soap ), gently agitate the item to clean. [ *please note there may me some discolouration of the water due to the natural dyes and oils used during the dye process, this is normal ]. drain away the the dirty water and rinse in cold water until no suds are present, re shape and dry flat, away from the sun. do not wring, do not rub, do not iron, do not bleach, do not tumble dry
